Inspection
We inspect indoor units for airflow restrictions, mold buildup, and damage, while outdoor units are checked for debris, dirt accumulation, and structural issues.
Full Disassembly
Indoor units are carefully taken apart, including filters, plastic shrouds, fan wheels, and evaporator coils. Outdoor units are disassembled to access internal components.
Deep Cleaning & Sanitization
Indoor evaporator coils, fan wheels, and filters are power washed and sanitized, while outdoor condenser coils, fan blades, and casings are deep cleaned to remove dirt, dust, and mold.
Component Maintenance
For indoor units, moving parts like fan wheels and flaps are lubricated, and the condensate pan and drain are cleaned and disinfected. For outdoor units, fins are straightened, and the fan assembly is checked and cleaned.
Mold & Odor Prevention
A specialized treatment is applied to indoor units to prevent mold growth and eliminate odors.
Exterior & Stand Cleaning
The outdoor unit’s casing, fan blades, and stand are thoroughly washed to remove dirt, moss, and grime.
Reassembly & Final Check
